These Terms of Use govern access to the NoxyCalendar website and use of the NoxyCalendar macOS application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Service Description
NoxyCalendar is a macOS menu bar utility that provides calendar and time visibility through a compact menu bar interface, popover, and settings window.
License
Unless otherwise stated by the distribution platform, the App is licensed, not sold. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or internal professional use on supported Apple devices you own or control.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, sublicense, resell, or misuse the App in violation of applicable law or platform rules.
- Do not copy or redistribute the App outside the rights granted by the distribution platform.
- Do not attempt to bypass product, platform, or system-level safeguards.
- Do not use the App in a way that breaks applicable law or third-party rights.
Availability and Updates
The App and website may change over time. Features may be added, modified, suspended, or removed without prior notice as the product evolves.
App Store and Platform Terms
If the App is distributed through the Mac App Store or another platform, additional platform-specific terms may apply to download, billing, refunds, updates, and support. Those platform rules supplement these Terms.
No Warranty
NoxyCalendar is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with every macOS configuration.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the publisher of NoxyCalendar will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the App or website.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App or website after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
