Privacy Policy for NoxyCalendar • Last Updated: March 3, 2026

NoxyCalendar ("we," "us," "our") operates the NoxyCalendar macOS application (the "App") and this website. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App uses, what is stored locally on your Mac, and where third-party platform terms may apply.

What NoxyCalendar Does

NoxyCalendar is a lightweight menu bar calendar utility for macOS. Its core job is to show calendar and time information in the menu bar, a compact popover, and a settings window.

Information Used by the App

The App uses information already available on your device and operating system to provide its functionality. This may include the current date and time, locale preferences, calendar formatting rules, and the language or display options you choose inside the App.

What Is Stored Locally

NoxyCalendar stores interface preferences locally on your device, such as menu bar display mode, app language, week number visibility, date format order, 24-hour clock preference, seconds visibility, and related calendar display settings.

These settings are stored only so the App can reopen with your preferred configuration.

What We Do Not Require

NoxyCalendar does not require account creation, sign-in, or profile setup to use its main features. The App is designed to work without collecting direct identity information such as your name, email address, or phone number.

What We Currently Do Not Track

NoxyCalendar should be treated as a privacy-first utility unless a future release explicitly introduces analytics, diagnostics, crash reporting, or similar tracking technologies. If those practices change, this policy should be updated before release.

Where Third-Party Platforms Apply

If you download NoxyCalendar from the App Store, Apple may process transaction, device, and download-related information under its own privacy terms. Those practices are controlled by Apple, not by this website.

How Long Data Stays on Your Device

Locally stored settings remain on your device until you remove the App, reset its preferences, or overwrite them through normal App use.

Children's Privacy

NoxyCalendar is not directed to children under 13 and does not intentionally collect personal information from children.

Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most recent version published on this website should be treated as the current version.
